St. Gabriel Catholic School is supported by our various fundraisers put on by the PTO. We, the PTO, are constantly looking for new and innovative ways for Fundraising. We are open to any creative suggestions, please contact a board member or come to a PTO meeting if you have any ideas!
St. Gabriel Catholic School is supported by our various fundraisers put on by the PTO. We, the PTO, are constantly looking for new and innovative ways for Fundraising. Currently, our largest fundraiser is our Auction. In addition to these we have a Fall and Spring Book Fair, Art by Me and various Point of Purchase Programs that help the school.
The money raised covers the day to day PTO operating budget and includes everything from postage for marketing materials for Open House, Donuts for Dads, Muffins for Moms, to purchasing library books, tables and resources. Not only are our fundraising dollars used for the above daily or annual events but also for larger items. In the past few years, this money was used for Smart Boards, playground equipment, the outdoor classroom, the teacher/classroom sound systems, and the school track. Finally, we are also able to support the staff by fulfilling special requests throughout the year such as rugs, document cameras, teacher resources/subscriptions, bookcases, novel storage system, globes, white boards, and so much more.
